By accessing or using Keywordz (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Keywordz is an AI-powered SEO and market intelligence platform that provides keyword research, competitive analysis, content strategy, site auditing, rank tracking, and related services. The Service uses third-party data providers including Google Ads API, DataForSEO, and Serper.dev to deliver keyword and market data.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. One free strategy analysis is included per account.

4. Subscription Plans

Keywordz offers the following plans:

Starter (Free): 100 keyword searches per month, 1 Strategy Engine run, basic position tracking
Pro ($39/month): Unlimited keyword searches, unlimited Strategy Engine runs, track 1,000 keywords, full API access
Agency ($149/month): Everything in Pro, white-label reporting, track 5,000 keywords, 10 user seats

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service without authorization
Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
Share account credentials with unauthorized third parties

6. Data and Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party APIs to provide data. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of keyword volumes, traffic estimates, or other metrics provided by third-party sources. Data is provided “as is” for informational purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

Strategy reports, analysis results, and blog post drafts generated by the Service are owned by you. The Keywordz platform, including its software, design, and branding, remains the property of Keywordz Inc.

8. Limitation of Liability

Keywordz is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@keywordz.xyz.
